Create an event
An event is the page where your guests request their songs and vote for their favorites. It takes a few minutes to create, from the app (iPhone, Android, Mac) or from the web.
01Before you start
You need an artist account. Download the app or open the web version, then sign up with your email.
Confirm your email address: the button to create events shows up as soon as it's verified.
02Open the form
- 1On your phone, tap the + button at the bottom of the Events tab.
- 2On the web or on a Mac, click Create event in the left menu or at the top of the home page.
- 3With Premium, you can also open the Agenda and tap a date: the form opens with that date already set.
03Fill in the details
- 1Give your event a name. You can change it until the event starts.
- 2Add an image (a 4:3 ratio works best). It shows everywhere the event appears.
- 3Pick the start and end date and time.
- 4Add the venue and a description if you like.
Tip:Don't know the date yet? Tap Save as draft: only the name is required. The event's link is created right away, and you publish when you're ready.
04Choose when requests open
By default, requests open when the event starts. Turn on Open requests to receive them as soon as the event is created: great for weddings, where guests suggest songs weeks ahead.
During the event, you can pause requests and reopen them at any time.
05Choose the music platform
In Music platform, choose the catalog your guests search: Apple Music (the default), Tidal or Spotify.
This platform is also where your set can be sent to a playlist for your DJ software.

- 1In Event type, choose Private: the event is only reachable through its link and QR code.
- 2Or choose Public: the event shows up at your venue and its followers get notified.
- 3Add a 4-digit Access Code to keep requests for the guests who know it.
