Take bookings online

Premium

Your booking page is a public page, with your photo, your name and your bio, where clients (couples, planners, venues) book you for their event. Each booking creates a draft event for you, and your client gets the song request link by email right away, even if the date isn't final.

01Before you start

Your page uses the photo, name and bio of your artist profile: keep them up to date, they're the first thing your clients see.

PremiumThe booking page is part of Premium.

03Add your contact details

In Your contact details, add your phone, email and website. They show on your page as buttons, so clients can also reach you directly. Leave a field empty to hide it, then tap Save.

04Add a button to your website

  1. 1In Button for your website, choose a Style: a simple Button, or a Card with your name.
  2. 2Pick the Button text (or one of the suggestions), the Button color and the Text size. The Preview shows the result.
  3. 3Tap Copy code and paste it into your website.

05Customize the email to your client

  1. 1Tap the buttons under Insert: to add the client's name, your name, the event or the link to your text: they're filled in for every booking.
  2. 2Tap Send me a test to get the email the way your client will.
  3. 3Tap Save.

As soon as they book, your client gets an email with the request link. In Email to the planner, write your own Subject, Message and Link button text, or tap Use the template to start from ours.

Tip:The link is always included: inside your text if you inserted it, otherwise as a button below it. Leave the fields empty to use the default email, in English.

06What your client sees

  1. 1They open your link and enter the event name, the date (optional: it can be confirmed later), their name, their email and a message.
  2. 2They tap Send booking.
  3. 3They get the request link on screen and by email, ready for the invitations. Guests who open it see “Coming soon” until you publish the event.

07When a booking comes in

You get a notification, and an email with the whole booking: the event, the date, the client, their email and their message. Reply to that email to write to the client directly.

The event is waiting in the Drafts tab with a Booking badge, and the tab shows how many new bookings you have.

08Complete and publish the event

  1. 1Open the draft: the This link is reserved notice reminds you that the link already works.
  2. 2Tap Complete to add the dates, the venue and the rest.
  3. 3Tap Publish event: the link now shows your event instead of “Coming soon”.
